Victorian Art Nouveau Inlaid Revolving Bookcase Tabletop

Small, tabletop size revolving Victorian bookcase with Art Nouveau inlaid decorations. 13 X 13 X 15 (dimensions are approximate). I have seen this bookcase attributed to Shapland and Petter on British antique websites, but the only mark it has looks like a capital I followed by 08. Beautiful mahogany and inlays on this really cute bookcase!
